"Couldn't Have Had a Better Experience!"

I am singing praises for Chad Skluzacek, Karina and the rest of his team who literally held my hand during the entire process of selling our home in Northfield, Mn. We made the decision after health issues made it difficult to stay and I chose Chad after meeting him at an open house in our neighborhood. We also had hail damage which was a significant concern to handle. I had to make many decisions in a short time and Chad and Karina gave me recommendations for staging, repair workers, painters, etc. they were available quickly by phone for my endless questions!

They are so professional and friendly and I am so appreciative of everything they did for us. I highly recommend Chad and his team.

Having never purchased a home before, my wife and I were very nervous about the entire process. Chad and his team were recommended to us from a family member who had worked with them prior. Chad's building background gave great insight and education when we did walkthroughs. Chad was great we worked with him for a couple years. We took a break from buying but he still kept us in the loop on all new listings and when we were ready to go he didn’t skip a beat. Got us set up with pre-approval and the showings came in and he and his team got us going and we had our house in a couple of weeks! When it came to selling our townhome he recommended what he thought we should do and we went with it and have never regretted it. We got more than 12 offers on the first weekend and an offer we never expected!
